This fish can be caught through out the year. The inshore channels and the islands are haven for fishing. Broad bill swordfish is another famous catch here besides the tuna. Tunas can grow upto 13 kilograms and the best time to catch them is March and April.

The rivers of Croatia provide excellent scope for rafting. Rafting here is comparatively easy and with little help you can muster it. Rivers like Dobra, Una, Cetina, Kupa etc are good spots for all. Windsurfing, kite surfing are the two other adventure sports that is becoming a hot favorite among the tourists.
